- How Much Pork Do I Need?
1.5kg of Pork Belly will be required with the Curing Mix, although Back Bacon will also work.
- How Long Will It Take to Cure?
The Bacon Curing process takes 7 days, but you will only need to spend 10 minutes rubbing the cure into your meat.
- Can the Kit Be Reused?
Everything in the kit can be reused besides the cure.
