Our Lebanese Rub works well with all meats and adds great flavour every time, it is a delicious blend of roasted cumin and coriander that delivers a gentle spice. We offer a selection of different rubs that create endless combinations of thriving flavours for your recipes. Rubs have a lower sugar content than glazes do so they are perfect for lean meats on your butcher’s counter.
