The 'Butchers Classic' range & Traditional range incorporates bread rusk, which creates a traditional open texture and uses the very best raw ingredients. The range includes favourites such as Cumberland, pork & leek, pork & chive, pork & onion etc.
- Sage and red onion sausage mix
- 567g sachets
- Will make 10lbs of sausage
- Pre-mix of seasoning & rusk
1. Mince the meat and place in mixer. 2. Add sausage mix and mix well, to evenly distribute. 3. Gradually add water and mix in until absorbed. 4. Re-mince through a 5mm or 8mm plate to achieve the desired texture.
