Directions of Use: To make a 5kg batch of sausages, we recommend 4.25kg of minced meat (85%), 500g of Sausage Mix (10%) and 250ml of water (5%). Cook thoroughly before consumption. These are just guidelines, so feel free to experiment and make your sausages how you like them.
Ingredients: Rusk (Wheat flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Salt), Salt (8.5%), Natural Flavouring, Barley Malt Extract, Yeast Extract, Guinness® Powder (Maltodextrin, Guinness® Beer (Water, Malted Barley, Barley, Roasted Barley, Hops)), Rapeseed Oil, Preservative (Sodium Metabisulphite), Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate), Cracked Black Pepper, Ground Spices (Nutmeg, Mace).
