Our Lamb & Mint Burger Mix is a blend of high-quality dry seasonings and rusk to make the perfect delicious burgers. The freshness of the mint mixed with the lamb flavour, best for those summer BBQs!
Features:
- 340g per sachet
- Pre-mix of seasoning and rusk
- 7.5% usage rate
- This mix will make approximately 10bs of burger mix (40 quarter pounders)
- Supplied vacuum-sealed in a 5-layer oxygen-permeable food grade vacuum pouch
Instructions:
- Add 340g of burger mix to 4.5kg of chosen meat and mix well.
Ingredients: Rusk (Wheat Flour, Salt), Wheat Flour, Salt, Dextrose, Yeast Extract, Spices (Nutmeg, White Pepper)*, Herb (Mint), Preservative (E223), Sugar, Sunflower Oil, Antioxidant (E300), Flavouring, Garlic Powder.
