Sticky Honey & Mustard Chicken: Recipe

Serves: 3 People

Ingredients: 

  • 4 Chicken thighs or breasts
  • 2-3tbsp MRC Honey Glaze
  • 1 ½ tbsp Wholegrain mustard
  • 1tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1tsp Smoked Paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: baby potatoes, steamed rice and vegetables or salad

Method: 

  • Set your oven to 200°C (180°C fan).
  • In a small bowl, combine the MRC Honey Glaze, wholegrain mustard, olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth
  • Place the chicken pieces into a roasting tray. Spoon the honey glaze mixture over the top, turning the pieces to coat evenly
  • Roast for 30–35 minutes, turning once halfway, until golden, sticky, and cooked through
  • Remove from the oven and let rest a few minutes before serving. Pair with roast potatoes and seasonal veg
