Serves: 3 People
Ingredients:
- 4 Chicken thighs or breasts
- 2-3tbsp MRC Honey Glaze
- 1 ½ tbsp Wholegrain mustard
- 1tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1tsp Smoked Paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: baby potatoes, steamed rice and vegetables or salad
Method:
- Set your oven to 200°C (180°C fan).
- In a small bowl, combine the MRC Honey Glaze, wholegrain mustard, olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth
- Place the chicken pieces into a roasting tray. Spoon the honey glaze mixture over the top, turning the pieces to coat evenly
- Roast for 30–35 minutes, turning once halfway, until golden, sticky, and cooked through
- Remove from the oven and let rest a few minutes before serving. Pair with roast potatoes and seasonal veg
