This Brine & Marinade Injector ensures that all additional flavours get into the structure of your meat of choice. This injector also makes it so that you can both quickly and easily spread the brine over your product.
To speed up the brining process and to make sure that all the flavours get into the structure of meat and poultry, this special Grate Goods injector is available, allowing you to distribute the brine quickly and easily over your product.
Instructions:
Pour the desired amount of All Brine Ready into a bowl or cup to prevent cross-contamination.
- Step 1: Shake All Brine & fill the injector
- Step 2: Inject & pull back slowly
- Step 3: Repeat every 2 cm (up to 20% of the product weight)
