This Premium All Brine Ready Maple & Bourbon Syrup has been made with a delicious combination of sweet, woody maple syrup and bourbon aged in oak creating a distinctive flavour. This is an injectable brine which helps enhance the natural flavours of the meat whilst still ensuring it remains tender and juicy. This brine is particularly suitable for seasoning steak and salmon. Pair with the Grate Goods Brine & Marinade Injector for the best results.
