Boerewors Sausage Seasoning – 2.5kg Tub
Our Boerewors Sausage Seasoning is a phenomenal blend of spices combined to give an authentic boerewors sausage taste. With instructions provided below, this seasoning is ready to provide you with a fantastic tasting sausage.

Instructions:
Mixer
- Mince the meats through a coarse 10-15mm plate, then add to the mincer/mixer
- Blend the water, Worcester sauce, vinegar and seasoning together
- Add the mixed ingredients to the meat and mix in until well distributed, being careful not to over mix
- Re-mince through a 5mm plate
- Note: Temperature after processing should not exceed 5o Hang the sausage for 12-24 hours in a refrigerator to bloom. The vinegar must contain a maximum 4-5% acetic acid content.
Ingredients: Salt (40-50%), Spices (Black Pepper, Clove, Coriander, Nutmeg, White Pepper) (40-50%) Preservative (E223) (2-5%), Yeast Extract (<2%)
Allergens: Sulphites (Preservative (E223))
