Making time: 30 minutes

Serves: 4-6 rolls

Ingredients:

  • 2 Large baguettes
  • 8-10 Streaky bacon rashers
  • 150g Brie, sliced
  • 3-4tbsp Stokes Cranberry Sauce
  • Butter
  • Black pepper

Method:

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (fan 180°C)
  • Cook the bacon until just crisp but still flexible; set aside
  • Slice the baguette into 2–3-inch pieces, then cut each piece lengthways without going all the way through
  • Lightly butter the inside of each baguette slice
  • Layer in the fillings: add a strip of bacon, a thick slice of brie, and a spoonful of Stokes Cranberry Sauce
  • Press gently together and place on a baking tray
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the brie is melted and the baguette edges are crisp
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
