Serves: 4-6 rolls
Ingredients:
- 2 Large baguettes
- 8-10 Streaky bacon rashers
- 150g Brie, sliced
- 3-4tbsp Stokes Cranberry Sauce
- Butter
- Black pepper
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (fan 180°C)
- Cook the bacon until just crisp but still flexible; set aside
- Slice the baguette into 2–3-inch pieces, then cut each piece lengthways without going all the way through
- Lightly butter the inside of each baguette slice
- Layer in the fillings: add a strip of bacon, a thick slice of brie, and a spoonful of Stokes Cranberry Sauce
- Press gently together and place on a baking tray
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the brie is melted and the baguette edges are crisp
- Serve warm and enjoy!
