HACCP COLOURS EXPLAINED

Products such as our Polypad Colour-Coded Chopping Boards have a range of colours included as they can be used for different purposes to avoid cross-contamination!
The purposes for the different coloured boards can be seen below:

  • Green: Salad and Fruit Products
  • Brown: Vegetable Products
  • White: Bakery and Dairy Products
  • Yellow: Cooked Meat
  • Blue: Raw Fish
  • Red: Raw Meat
