Size 11 Clear Salami/Pepperoni Sausage Fibrous Casing Cut, Clipped & Looped
Our clear fibrous casing is ideal for making Salami and pepperoni, the finished product will have a tight and polished appearance. Using fibrous will make the end product very easy to slice which is suitable for any butchers or deli counter.
Each piece is cut to a certain length as per the drop-down menu, it is pre-clipped and looped allowing the product to be hung easily if required. Soak our fibrous casings by fully immersing in lukewarm water for 30-60 minutes before application.
