A fiery, flavour-packed twist on a takeaway classic! Crispy fries loaded with juicy Piri Piri chicken, melty cheese, and a drizzle of rich tomato ketchup, perfect for sharing (or not).

Serves: 3 people
Ingredients:
- 2 Medium chicken breasts, diced
- 3tbsp MRC Piri Piri Glaze
- 500g Frozen fries (or fresh if preferred)
- 75g Grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella blend)
- 3tbsp Stokes Real Tomato Ketchup
- 1tbsp Oil (for cooking chicken)
- Optional toppings: Chopped spring onion, red onion slices, jalapeños, coriander
Method:
- Preheat the oven first at 220°C (200°C fan) / 425°F / Gas Mark 7, or preheat the air fryer for 200°C / 390°F
- Marinate the chicken by tossing the diced chicken in the MRC Piri Piri Glaze and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes (or longer if you want a stronger punch)
- Cook the fries in either the oven (20 minutes) or the air fryer (15 minutes) until golden and crispy
- Cook the chicken in a hot pan with little oil and cook until fully cooked for 8-10 minutes; can be slightly charred if preferred
- Assemble the fries by placing them in an ovenproof dish and topping them with the Piri Piri chicken, and add a generous amount of grated cheese
- Put the ovenproof dish under the grill/oven for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling
- Finally, serve the loaded fries by drizzling Stokes Real Tomato Ketchup Sauce and scattering with optional toppings.
