Cocktail Version (Alcohol)
Making Time: 5 minutes
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
· 1 tbsp Stokes Raspberry Extra Jam
· 50ml London Dry Gin
· 20ml Fresh lemon juice
· 10ml Sugar syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
· Soda water (to top up)
· Ice
· Fresh rosemary or mint (for garnish)
· Lime or lemon slice (for garnish)
Method:
1. In a cocktail shaker, add Stokes Raspberry Extra Jam, gin, lemon juice, and sugar syrup (if using)
2. Add ice and shake well for 15–20 seconds until chilled and mixed
3. Strain into a highball or rocks glass filled with fresh ice
4. Top with soda water and gently stir
5. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary or mint and a slice of lime or lemon
Mocktail Version (Alcohol-free)

· 20ml Fresh lemon juice
· 10ml Sugar syrup or agave nectar
· Soda water or lemonade (to top up)
· Ice
· Mint
· Fresh raspberries or citrus slices (optional garnish)
Method:
1. In a shaker or jug, mix Stokes Raspberry Extra Jam, lemon juice, and sweetener until smooth
2. Pour over ice in a tall glass
3. Top with soda water or lemonade
4. Stir gently and garnish as desired
