Our Raspberry Jam has been made to a classic recipe and with 200g of Williameta raspberries in each jar, this jam is packed with plenty of real raspberries to create a truly sweet and intense flavour. Perfect to make jam tarts.

Ingredients: Sugar, Raspberries (45%), Lemon Juice, Gelling Agent: Fruit Pectin, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid. Prepared with 45g fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 61g per 100g.

Storage: Store in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened refrigerate and consume within 6 weeks and by best before end date.
