Method:

  • Prepare the sausages by mixing your chosen minced pork with the Pork & Herb Sausage Mix, filling the natural casings, and twisting into links, then set aside
  • Heat a little oil in your frying pan or griddle and fry the sausages gently until golden brown on all sides and fully cooked (use the thermometer to check they reach 75°C internally)
  • Lay the bacon rashers in the pan, cooking until they're crisp at the edges
  • Add the black pudding slices, frying for 2-3 minutes on each side until warmed through
  • Add the mushrooms into the pan and cook until tender, and then place the halved tomatoes in the pan, cut-side down, until caramelised
  • Cook the hash browns either in the oven or in the pan until golden and crispy
  • Cook eggs to your preference: sunny side up, over easy, or scrambled
  • Heat the baked beans in a saucepan or microwave
  • Plate everything up together with adding toast on the side, and finish the plate with Stokes Real Tomato Ketchup, Stokes Real Brown Sauce, or a generous serving of Stokes Strawberry Extra Jam, to spread on your toast
