Our Pork and Herb is a classic Sausage Mix suitable for all the family and is a favourite all year round. Containing sage and two types of pepper this sausage mix gives you a classic herby taste.

- Pre-mix of seasoning and rusk
- 12.5% usage rate
- Each 568g sachet will produce 10lb of sausage
Ingredients: Rusk (Wheat Flour, Salt, Raising Agent E503), Salt, Spices, Dehydrated Onion, Herbs, Wheat Flour, Preservative E223 (Sodium Metabisulphate), Antioxidant E301, Colour E120.
