Sausage stuffing tube set for sausage fillers (Number 5)
This size 5 stuffing tube adapter kit will work well with our electric mincer & sausage filler which is available on this site.
In this stuffing tube adapter kit, you will find 3 nozzles and a flange. The flange size is 58mm in diameter (Number 5 size). This kit includes 3 stuffing tubes with opening diameters of:
The set consists of a plastic flange and three exchangeable tubes of different diameters.
Before using this nozzle kit please ensure that you wash all the parts with warm water.
These parts are dishwasher safe.
Instructions: (please only use these as a guide as different types of sausage fillers may work differently)
Unscrew the screw ring and take out the cutting plate, 4-star blade (knife) and the screw. We recommend you do this as when the screw ring is unscrewed these parts may fall out.
Into the screw ring insert the flange with a tube of the appropriate diameter fitted, screw the whole assembly on the device body and tighten the screw ring. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE RECOMMEND THAT ONCE TIGHTENED YOU DO A QUARTER TURN TO RELEASE THE SCREW RING SLIGHTLY AS THIS COULD CAUSE DAMAGE TO MINCER PLATES AND NOZZLES.
If assembled correctly then stuffing tubes are ready for filling.
After use wash all the stuffing tube parts with warm water or use a dishwasher. Most cutting plates are hand wash only - *TIP* After drying your cutter plates rub with a little vegetable oil to prevent rusting.
