Digital Control Tray Lidding Machine - VS300DT

A tabletop machine designed for use in Butchers & Grocery Shops, suitable for use with all sealable food trays and films up to a maximum width of 190mm and maximum tray length of 250mm. The VS300DT model has adjustable temperature settings, meaning it is compatible with a wider range of trays and films. Trays can be sealed with a peelable or sealable (welded) film. 

The film is mounted at the back of the machine on two support rollers and is then pulled over the top of the tray ready for sealing. The tray is inserted in the die plate and the sealing head is then lowered by hand and pressed down to seal the film to the tray. Whilst the tray is sealed the film is also cut from the main roll ready for use again straight away.

Please Note: Once your order has been confirmed, we may need a sample of the tray you are using with the machine to enable the compatible die plate can be manufactured.

The VS300 model is supplied with one custom made die plate and additional die plates are available upon request.
