With Face Masks now a part of everyday life and compulsory on public transport, having a mask you can rely on is of high importance. These disposable masks are readily available in a box of 50 and are compliant to the necessary standards to ensure your safety.

Important Information
Please note: the use of face masks does not provide protection against coronavirus (COVID-19) but could help to minimise the risk of transmission to other people in some circumstances. Face masks should not be used in place of social distancing and hand washing, or in place of self-isolation. Anyone with coronavirus (COVID-19) symptoms, and their household, must still self-isolate at home.
Each mask should only be used once and immediately disposed of with your household waste after use.
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place with good ventilation. Avoid excessive heat (over 40°C or 104°F) and direct sunlight.
Instructions:
1) Wash your hands with soap and water before touching the mask
2) Take out the mask with the white side facing inward and the blue side facing outward and check there are no tears or holes
3) Align the face mask with the mouth and nose, with the nose clip upwards, and press the nose clip gently until it fits comfortably
4) Place an earloop around one ear first, and then the other or tie the ear loops behind the head to a comfortable position
5) Adjust the face mask to cover only the lower part of the nose, along with the mouth and chin to provide a better protective fit
6) Clean your hands again and refrain from touching the mask once it’s fitted to your face
7) After use, dispose of the mask immediately in household waste and wash your hands again

Returns Procedure

All online purchases from www.butchers-sundries.com are covered by the UK Distance Selling Regulations, this gives consumer buyers the right to return a purchase within 14 days after they receive an item.
This guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within the stated 14 days of the date you received the item.
Change of Mind
Upon receipt of your order, if you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the goods to us for a full refund. This is subject to the goods being unopened, and unused. The goods must be returned back to us within 14 days of receipt. The return of the goods will be your responsibility as the consumer to arrange, you will need to first notify us via customerservices@butchers-sundries.com that you wish to return the goods. We will then reply advising whether we will accept a return of your order. Acceptance of your return must be granted before you send goods back to TruNet House. On receipt of the returned goods, the goods will be inspected within 24 hours and a refund to your credit card or other chosen method of payment will be completed.
Faulty Goods
Upon receipt of your order, if you receive a product that you deem faulty, please contact us at customerservices@butchers-sundries.com with images of the fault. We will then review this, and arrange for your goods to be collected by our own courier on a day to suit you. Acceptance of your return must be granted before you goods will be sent back to TruNet House. When the goods have been received, we will inspect these and determine whether there is a fault, if we do not find a fault, we will arrange to have the goods returned back to you, but a redelivery cost will be payable at £5.99 (excluding VAT). If we do find fault, we will offer you a full refund or replacement if the stock allows.

Non standard goods such as special order items, order on request items or custom made items cannot be cancelled nor returned.
