Our Coq au Vin Cooking Sauce is a truly beautiful blend of red wine, parsley and thyme. This sauce tastes phenomenal when slow-cooked in a casserole to really tenderise your meat. They are also ideal as a POS display within your butchery to increase customers basket values.
