- For every 568g of mix, 10lb of sausage is produced
Ingredients: Rusk (Wheat Flour, Salt), Salt, Spices (Cayenne, Ginger, Mace, Nutmeg, Pepper), Herbs (Marjoram, Sage), Wheat Flour, Preservative E223 (Sodium Metabisulphite), Antioxidant E301, Colour E120.
Allergens: Gluten (Wheat Flour, Rusk), Sulphites (Sodium Metabisulphite)
Storage: Store in a sealed container in cool, dry conditions away from direct sunlight.
