Blended with 3 different types of hot chilli's this Firecracker Sausage Mix is fiery and full of cracking flavour, perfect for bonfire night.

• 568g per sachet
• Pre-mix of seasoning and rusk
• 14.28% usage rate
• For every 1.362kg of mix, 21lb of sausage is produced

Instructions:

Bowl Chopper

• Mince meat and fat
• Place minced meats in bowl chopper, add Firecracker Sausage Mix, chop 1 to 2 rounds
• Add all the water and chop to required texture
• Fill into selected casings

Mincer

• Mince meats through 3/8” plate, mix with Firecracker Sausage Mix
• Mix in water well and mince through 3/8” plate
• Fill into selected casings

Ingredients: Rusk (Wheat Flour, Salt) Spices, Flavour Enhancer E621, Dehydrated Garlic, Dehydrated Onion, Dehydrated Tomato, Preservative E221 (Sodium Sulphite), Colour E120.
