Another traditional established favourite, the Old English Sausage Mix has a great blend of earthy herbs with a warming element. This sausage mix is also gluten-free and doesn't compromise on taste.

Instructions:
Bowl Chopper
- Mince meat and fat
- Place minced meats in bowl chopper, add Gluten-Free Sausage Mix, chop 1 to 2 rounds
- Add all the water and chop to required texture
- Fill into selected casings
Mincer
- Mince meats through 3/8” plate, mix with Gluten-Free Sausage Mix
- Mix in water well and mince through 3/8” plate
- Fill into selected casings
Ingredients: Gluten-Free Rusk (Dehydrated Potato, Rice Flour, Salt, Dextrose) Salt, Spices, Dehydrated Onion, Herbs, Rice Flour, Citrus Fibre, Sodium Sulphite E221, Colour E120.
Allergens: Sulphites (Sodium Metabisulphite)
