This Toulouse sausage mix holds traditional flavours of garlic and black pepper with a hint of cumin. This mix will taste even better if you replace some (or all) of the water with red wine.

- Pre-mix of rusk and seasoning
- For every 568g of mix, 10lb of sausage will be produced
Ingredients: Rusk, Salt, Spices, Dehydrated Garlic, Dehydrated Onion, Preservative E223 (Sodium Metabisulphite), Wheat Flour, Antioxidant E301.
