Here at Butchers-Sundries both our customers and employees are at the centre of all our decisions and priorities.

We are taking all appropriate measures to keep our employees across the globe healthy and safe. Such measures include increased deep cleaning routines, workplace hygiene guidance and ensuring everyone has access to enhanced cleaning supplies, including hand sanitisers.

During this time our aim is to ensure continued supply to all our valued customers, whilst acting in accordance to government advice at all times.

Further to this, we are also subjected to potential delays across our supply chain within areas that are out of our control, such as; transportation delays or delayed deliveries from suppliers. If we identify a problem with your order such as a delay in stock coming in from a supplier we will endeavour to inform you as quickly as possible to work out a solution such as part shipment or offer a different colour or similar item. We have had confirmation from our couriers that they can not guarantee the next day delivery service which we use to dispatch our orders. We ask that you please allow an extra couple of days for your order to arrive before contacting our customer service team.

Our recommendation to customers is to place orders ahead of time to allow for any delays with our courier service.
