Ingredients:
- 2 Large flatbreads or naan breads
- 500g Chicken strips or diced chicken
- 4tbsp MRC Hot & Spicy Glaze
- 150g Grated mozzarella or cheddar
- 1 Small red onion, finely sliced
- 1 Handful of lettuce or rocket
- Garlic mayo or ranch dressing
- Optional toppings: Jalapenos, spring onions, crispy onions
Method:
- Coat the chicken in MRC Hot & Spicy Glaze and cook on the BBQ or in a hot pan until cooked through and lightly charred
- Place flatbreads on the BBQ or under the grill for 1-2 minutes until lightly crisped
- Top flatbreads with grated cheese and return briefly to the heat until melted
- Add the cooked chicken, sliced onions, lettuce, and any additional toppings
- Drizzle generously with garlic mayo or ranch dressing before serving
- Cut into pieces to serve up to 4 people
