Rob B.

These hooks themselves are very good and exactly how they were described.. However, I ordered two boxes of 10 hooks however when it was delivered promptly the next day I only received 19 one of which one box had X9 handwritten on the outside so therefore although they were a good product my order was not fulfilled which is somewhat frustrating.
Sorry to moan, but it’s not exactly as stated. Regards Rob.
