Our Chinese Plum Marinade is a water-based marinade that creates a flavour ‘burst’ when paired with your fresh products. With the product being water-based, this allows the product to take on not only a phenomenal colour and appearance but also a fantastic flavour too.

- For optimum flavour, ensure products are marinated for a minimum of 8 hours

Ingredients: Water, plum paste (plum, water, sugar, thickener: pectin, food acid: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate), invert sugar syrup, Worcestershire sauce (water, corn syrup, vinegar, hydrolysed soy and corn protein, salt, sugar, natural flavouring, spices [ contains mustard ], food acid: citric acid, preservative: sodium benzoate, onion, garlic extract, sunflower oil), sugar, spices (paprika, pepper, ginger, coriander, chillies, aniseed, nutmeg), salt, hydrolysed soy and corn PROTEIN, modified corn starch, vegetables (garlic, onion), flavourings, stabilizers: carrageenan and xanthan gum, vinegar, dextrose, food acid: lactic acid and citric acid, salmiak.
