This Minted Balsamic Reduction is a mint-infused sauce with the sweet tangy flavour of a good balsamic reduction. This sweet tangy flavour makes it the perfect accompaniment to roast lamb or venison. It also tastes great when drizzled over lamb cutlets or as a glaze for roasted potatoes. They are also ideal as a POS display within your butchery to increase customers basket values.
