This is a traditional Tartare Sauce with capers and gherkins, but the added Oriental taste of Wasabi shoots and rice wine has also been added to create that next level flavour. It tastes superb with seafood, particularly prawns or sushi rolls. They are also ideal as a POS display within your butchery to increase customers basket values.

Ingredients: Rapeseed Oil, Water, Gherkins (8%) (Gherkins, Sugar, Vinegar, Water, Salt), Spirit Vinegar, Sugar, Capers (4%) (Capers, Acetic Acid, Vinegar, Salt), Free Range Egg Yolk, Light Soy Sauce (Water, Salt, Soybeans, Wheat Flour (Gluten)), Dijon Mustard (Water, Mustard Seeds, Spirit Vinegar, Salt), Salt, Wasabi Powder (0.7%) (Horseradish, Mustard, Wasabi Powders), Preservative: Potassium Sorbate, Acidity Regulator: Acetic Acid, Emulsifier: Xanthan Gum.

Allergen and Dietary Advice: Contains Sulphites, Mustard, Egg, Soya, Wheat. Suitable for vegetarians.

Short expiry date. Best Before 28/02/27. Product is perfectly safe to consume/use but has a shorter shelf life than standard stock.
