This Bearnaise Sauce is a true French classic; it combines rich tarragon and chervil with savoury shallots to create an incredibly creamy sauce. Traditionally partnered with steak but also tastes fantastic with roasted vegetables or to make a potato salad. Turn even the simplest of ingredients into flavoursome first-class quality meals. They are also ideal as a POS display within your butchery to increase customers basket values.

Ingredients: Water, Butter (Milk), Milk, Double Cream (6%) (Milk), Shallots (6%), White Wine Vinegar (Sulphites), Cornflour, Herbs (Tarragon, Chervil) (2.6%), Sugar, Dijon Mustard (Water, Mustard Seed, Spirit Vinegar, Salt), Concentrated Lemon Juice, Salt.
