This Bearnaise Sauce is a true French classic; it combines rich tarragon and chervil with savoury shallots to create an incredibly creamy sauce. Traditionally partnered with steak but also tastes fantastic with roasted vegetables or to make a potato salad. Turn even the simplest of ingredients into flavoursome first-class quality meals.
