Our CM14 Bowl Cutter is traditionally used within the butchery industry. It is a highly sought after product due to its enhanced performance and reliability. It is equipped with two independent motors (for bowl and knife rotation) that feature two cutting speeds as standard. It has the ability to cut frozen meat as cold as -20oC and has a sleek stainless steel design.
