This Boeuf Bourguignon Cooking Sauce is a favourite from Burgundy that contains wine, celery, carrots, mushrooms and herbs. You can choose to slow cook using a braising steak or instead quickly prepare using a frying steak such as rump. This sauce is best served with new potatoes and fresh vegetables. They are also ideal as a POS display within your butchery to increase customers basket values.

Ingredients: Water, Celery (13%), Onions, Mushrooms (13%), Carrots (13%), Red Wine (13%) (Sulphites), Sunflower Oil, Corn Flour, Sugar, Acidity Regulator: Lemon Juice Concentrate, Garlic, Salt, Herbs (Parsley, Thyme) (0.3%) Black pepper, Bay Leaf.
