Our Chasseur Cooking Sauce tastes divine with chicken, tomatoes and mushrooms simmered in white wine with tarragon – perfect! It is also a great sauce to poach fish such as Monkfish. They are also ideal as a POS display within your butchery to increase customers basket values.
