This Stroganoff Cooking Sauce is a traditional Russian combination of soured cream, mushrooms, parsley and paprika. We highly recommend trying it for cooking fillet beef, particularly when served with skinny chips. They are also ideal as a POS display within your butchery to increase customers basket values.

Ingredients: Soured Cream (Milk) (19%), Mushrooms (19%), Onions, Water, Milk, Sunflower Oil, Cornflour, Sugar, Garlic, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Salt, Parsley (0.5%), Paprika (0.1%), Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper.
