Polypropylene twines are the twines used regularly within the abattoir industry and its associated trades. It is predominantly used for the hanging and transporting of carcasses.
All our polypropylene twines are approved for use with food storage and can be re-used safely. They have been produced in the UK to the highest standards since 1880 by one of Europe’s leading twine manufacturers; our sister company Henry Winning & Co.
As our abattoir twines are made from polypropylene, they are tough, durable and available in multiple colours and thicknesses. They are UV resistant, rot-resistant and waterproof, as well as tested in a controlled laboratory environment to maintain our consistently high standards.
