Our range of AVO Lafiness Oil-Based Marinades are all made with only the finest rapeseed oil to create a remarkable product designed to stand out in your butchers counter displays. This range of marinades aren’t just your typical flavoured oils, they are true marinades that really set your meat apart from the rest.

These marinades are extremely visually appealing with their distinctive shine. Full flavour is maintained throughout the cooking process and you’ll also be likely to notice a reduction in product loss as well as oxidation and discolouration reduction when on display.

These marinades also have many health benefits; they are naturally low in saturated fat, can be heated to a high temperature without spoiling any of their antioxidants, colour or flavour and they are also non-GMO and gluten free.

Serving Suggestion: Optimal for use on Pork Ribs or Chicken Drumsticks, however, is suitable for all meats, particularly Beef, Poultry, Pork and Venison

Instructions:

• Stir contents with a clean spoon before use
• Brush onto meat at 8-10%
• Can use on sausages – use 250g to every 4.54kg
• Use in a stir fry at 8% usage to meat and vegetables
• Recommended usage: 120-150g per 1kg of raw material
• Coat meat or fish
