Our AVO Herb Butter Breader is a deliciously crispy breader that has been made from a beautiful blend of onion, garlic and a carefully selected range of herbs.
Ideal for both butchers and farm shops, our range of Meat Breaders and Crumbs offers products to suit all kinds of meat, including poultry, pork, beef, venison game, lamb, chicken, and duck. They create the perfect, crispy crumb coating that not only adds an extra layer of flavour to your meats, but also adds extra visual appeal to the meat whilst on your counters.
We stock the Gourmet Liquid Marina Adhesion Oil which is the perfect pairing to all of our AVO Meat Crumbs. It is an anti-oxidant adhesion oil which you simply add to the surface of your meat before applying the crumb or breader, this really helps them stick to the surface of the meat which in turn, assists with retaining the moisture and mouth-watering flavour of your product.
