Our AVO Mint & Rosemary Meat Crumb is a deliciously crunchy crumb that has been made from a beautiful blend of flavoursome ingredients; turmeric, rosemary, peppermint, onion and garlic.

They create the perfect, crispy crumb coating that not only adds an extra layer of flavour to your meats, but also adds extra visual appeal to the meat whilst on your counters.

We stock the Gourmet Liquid Marina Adhesion Oil which is the perfect pairing to all of our AVO Meat Crumbs. It is an anti-oxidant adhesion oil which you simply add to the surface of your meat before applying the crumb or breader, this really helps them stick to the surface of the meat which in turn, assists with retaining the moisture and mouth-watering flavour of your product.
