About Each Product:

Habanero & Pineapple Jam: A hot product, that is optimal with pork, made with Habanero mash, which is renowned for its hot chilli flavours, but this heat has been well balanced with sweet pineapple and peppers. We recommend brushing it over your pork belly and putting it on the BBQ to caramelise. Use as a condiment or glaze your meats last minute for an enhanced taste.

Smoky Chipotle BBQ Jam: Ideal with beef, particularly as a topping for beef burgers and also great when mixed with sour cream to form a top to a chilli. Use as a condiment or glaze your meats last minute for an enhanced taste. Medium heat.

Sweet Chilli & Lime Jam: Ideal with chicken and fish. A sweet balance of lime and chilli, this is perfect on a plank cooked side of salmon by brushing all over, you can then put it back on the BBQ to caramelise. Also works great with grilled prawns, chicken or fish tacos. Mild heat.
