Beef with Onion Burger Mix
This is a dry mix containing seasonings and rusk that simply needs adding to your meat & water. Our Burger Mix can also be used for making perfect meatballs or combined with our natural or collagen casings to make tasty sausages. The addition of onion enhances the natural flavour of the meat and gives some interesting visuals as well as a great aroma.

- 500g per sachet
- Pre-mix of seasoning and rusk
- 7.5% usage rate
- For every 454g of mix, 10lb of burger is produced
Instructions:
- Coarse mince meats
- Mix meat, burger mix and water thoroughly
- Form burgers on a suitable machine
Ingredients: Rusk (Wheat Flour, Salt, Rising Agent E503) Salt, Dehydrated Onion and Extract, Spices, Caster Sugar, Wheat Flour, Herbs, Preservative E223 (Sodium Metabisulphite, Dehydrated Garlic, Antioxidant E301, Colour E120.
Allergens: Gluten, Sulphites
