Butchers Classic Pork & Chive Sausage Mix 

Our Lucas Butchers Classic Pork & Chive Sausage Mix is a free-flowing combination of seasoning and bread rusk, with chive and savoury notes, as well as visual dried chive pieces to create a delicious sausage mix. 

Features: 

• 12.5% usage rate (maximum) 
• A complete mix of rusk & seasoning 
• 567g per sachet 
• Suitable for vegetarians and vegans 

Instructions: 

Mixer 

• Mince the meat twice and place in a mixer  
• Add sausage mix and mix well to evenly distribute until the mix is sticky 
• Gradually add water and mix in until fully absorbed 
• Fill out the sausage meat into the required size skins 
• Note: Mincing the meat through a coarser plate will result in a coarser textured sausage. Temperature after processing should not exceed 5oc. 

Ingredients: Breadcrumb [Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Salt, Yeast] (60-70%), Salt (5-10%), Vegetable Powders (Onion, Garlic) (5-10%), Herb (Chive) (5-10%), Sugar (2-5%), Sunflower Oil (2-5%), Stabiliser (E451(i)) (<2%), Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Preservative (E221) (<2%), Yeast Extract (<2%), Spices (<2%), Flavouring (<2%), Propylene Glycol (<2%) 

Allergens: Gluten (Breadcrumb (Wheat Flour)), Sulphites (Preservative (E221)
