Caramelised Onion and Cracked Black Pepper Burger Mix
This Burger Mix is a blend of Cracked Black Pepper and Caramelised Onions. With high-quality ingredients and creativity, this mix is ideal for the butcher.
Features:
- 340g per sachet
- Pre-mix of seasoning and rusk
- 7.5% usage rate
- For every 340g of mix, 10lb of burger is produced
Instructions:
- Mince meat once or twice to desired texture
- Add burger mix and mix well, to evenly distribute
- Gradually add water and mix in until absorbed
- Press out burger to desired shape and weight
- Note: Mincing the meat through a coarser place will result in a coarser textured product. Temperature after processing should not exceed 5˚C.
Ingredients: Rusk (Wheat flour, Salt), Onion Powder, Salt, Wheat Starch, Soya Protein Concentrate, Spices, Sugar, Dried Onion, Dextrose, Preservative (E221), Yeast Extract (Salt), Antioxidant (E301), Flavouring.
