Phoned in our order to friendly lady who confirmed the boxes were in stock. Unfortunately they did not arrive the next day, as expected, In fact they arrived a week later. We did telephone and ask and someone said they would look into it and call me back. They didn't. Rang again and was told that they would be despatched that day for the following day delivery. They didn't arrive, so we e.mailed and received an e.mail back saying that we had ordered during black friday week so they should be with us by the end of the week. Which they did. Having communication is vital and Butcher's Supplies did this, better than most companies.
