A concentrated curry sauce mix which is powdery in appearance in its dried form. It has a spicy/curry flavour.
Create your own Homemade Beef or Chicken Authentic Chinese Curry with these simple and easy steps:
1. Combine the full packet contents with 1 pint of water and place on the cooker hob on maximum heat
2. Frequently stir the mix to avoid sticking against the pan and bring the mixture to the boil
3. Once the mixture has thickened, take off the boil and pour/use as desired
