Chinese Curry Mix - 4.5kg Tub
A concentrated curry sauce mix which is powdery in appearance in its dried form. It has a spicy/curry flavour.
Create your own Homemade Beef or Chicken Authentic Chinese Curry with these simple and easy steps:
1. Combine the full packet contents with 1 pint of water and place on the cooker hob on maximum heat
2. Frequently stir the mix to avoid sticking against the pan and bring the mixture to the boil
3. Once the mixture has thickened, take off the boil and pour/use as desired
Ingredients: Wheat Flour (with Calcium, Iron, Niacin and Thiamine), Palm Oil, Madras Curry Powder, Turmeric, Coriander, Mustard Powder, Onion Powder, Chilli Powder, Cumin, Black Pepper, Fenugreek, Salt, Garlic powder, Salt, Flavour Enhancer E621, Extract of Onion, Ginger, Garlic and Spices, Star Anise, Dried Chillies, Bay Leaves, May Contain Nuts.

Having tried many curry sauce mixes on the market over some years (and making my own from scratch), I consider this to be the best. Its the closest to authentic Chinese curry in the shops and on the internet. Another important plus from a healthy eating point of view is the ingredients: a good selection of healthy spices, with no added sugar or mono sodium glutamate - and minimal salt. For those interested in the ingredients of my meal in the photo: 50 grams of diced white onion; 50 grams of diced mushrooms, lightly fried in 3 sprays of extra virgin olive oil; then 50 grams of curry sauce mix to 250-300 ml of water; 100 grams of white rice (fluffier, quicker to cook than brown, and apparently healthier for the gut). Enjoy!

Firstly can I start with the good.
The taste of this curry sauce is absolutely fantastic the delivery was very quick and the price is really fair.
I definitely consider this great value for money.
The only negative I can give is the lid had some how come lose so I had lost a fair bit of powder from the tub into the box
In still giving 5 stars as the cost, quick postage and great taste of the item deserves that, its just a shame the mishap during postage.
Perhaps it maybe worth taping the lid down, again I want to emphasise I dont feel it a fault of the company, its probaly rough handling in postage
