Instructions:
- For the best results add 60g of marinade to 600g of your chosen raw meat or poultry (or 10% of the weight of your meat)
- Sprinkle the marinade over your meat or poultry to ensure an even coating all over
- Leave to marinate for about 10 minutes in the fridge
- Bake, Barbecue or Grill until the meat or poultry is cooked thoroughly. Oven cook at 180°C
