This Chippies Choice Curry Sauce is a combination of classic spices and a subtle tomato flavour creating a mild heat. This sauce is yellow in colour and replicates a traditional chip shop-style textured sauce. All it needs is some added water.

Usage:

Add 500g of dry mix to 3 litres of water. Bring to the boil while stirring, and simmer for 5 minutes
