Cornish Pasty Mix – 5kg Tub
This is an easy and simple mix to use with great flavour that creates the perfect Cornish Pasty.
Features:
- 5kg tub
- For every 1.35kg of mix, 20lbs of meat will be produced
Instructions:
- Put the hot water into a mixing bowl. Add the Pasty Mix and stir well; cover and leave to hydrate for 30 minutes
- Add your minced beef and mix
- Place the filling into suitable pastry cases, glaze and bake in an oven at 190oC (375oF) for the required time
- Note: When making pasties using this recipe, it is ideal to use equal weights of filling and pastry. Product must be stored under refrigeration.
Ingredients: Dried Potato, Rusk (Prepared from: Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Salt, Raising Agent E503), Dried Vegetables (Onion, Carrot), Salt, Sunflower Oil, Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Starch (Potato), Inactive Yeast Powder, Stabilisers (E451(i), E412), Flavour Enhancer (E621), Flavourings, Dextrose.
