Our Cumberland Sausage Seasoning is a free-flowing salt-based product with a distinctive aroma and taste.
Features:
- 500g per sachet
- 2.5% usage rate
- For every 1kg of mix, 40kg of sausage is produced
Ingredients: Salt, Wheat Flour, Spices and Spice Extracts, Phosphate Blend E450, E451, Flavour Enhancer E621, Herb and Herb Extracts, Dextrose, Preservative E223 (Sodium Metabisulphite), Antioxidant E301.
Allergens: Gluten (Wheat Flour), Sulphites (Sodium Metabisulphite)
